About

Founders Story

For most young adults, graduating from high school or college should feel like the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Instead, many find themselves standing at a crossroads, unsure of what their next step should be. I created Elevate360 Coaching because I saw this challenge firsthand—both professionally and personally.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, mentoring employees, and helping individuals recognize strengths they didn’t always see in themselves. I’ve always believed that people grow fastest when someone takes the time to truly understand them and guide them toward opportunities that align with their potential.

Early in my own career, I was fortunate to have people who did exactly that for me. They took me under their wing, encouraged me, and challenged me to grow. Their belief in my potential made a lasting impact on my life and career.
By the age of 22, I was already leading people. Over time, mentoring and developing others became one of the most fulfilling aspects of my professional journey. Helping individuals gain confidence, grow their skills, and step into new opportunities has always been work that deeply matters to me.

My inspiration for Elevate360 Coaching didn’t come from my professional life alone—it also came from being a parent.

As the mother of four daughters, I’ve watched them navigate the transition from school into the workforce. I saw how exciting that stage of life can be, but also how confusing it can feel when young adults are expected to suddenly have everything figured out. What I realized is that many young people are incredibly capable, but they often lack guidance on how to connect their strengths, education, and interests to real-world career opportunities.

At the same time, an entire generation of experienced professionals is beginning to retire. As they leave the workforce, they take decades of knowledge and insight with them. The next generation is talented and ambitious, but many are entering the workforce without the mentorship and career guidance that once happened naturally within organizations.

Elevate360 Coaching was created to help bridge that gap.
Through my coaching work, I help young adults and early-career professionals gain clarity about their strengths, understand what’s possible for them professionally, and develop the confidence and strategy they need to launch meaningful careers.

My coaching approach is both practical and deeply personal. I guide clients through the Elevate360 Career Launch Method—a structured process that helps them explore possibilities, align their strengths with career direction, and confidently navigate the job market. But beyond strategies and tools, my goal is simple:I want every young adult I work with to recognize their potential and believe that they do not have to settle for just any job. With the right guidance and support, they can pursue careers that reflect who they are and what they are capable of achieving.

When young people gain clarity about their strengths and direction, everything changes.
They move forward with confidence, purpose, and a sense of possibility about the future ahead.
